Patrick Raycroft
Director, W. Capra Laboratories
Patrick has 30 years of IT experience in the manufacturing and retail industries. He has extensive experience as part of senior management teams at BP and Amoco. He directed the development and implementation of IT consolidation and integration efforts required to support two successive multi-billion dollar mergers. He managed the design and implementation of Amoco's retail systems including their site networking and card processing platforms. Patrick has also led retail site architecture work, developed vendor strategies and executed RFP processes for POS and site connectivity, and developed strategies for loyalty programs. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Mathematics/Computer Science from Purdue University and a Master of Science Degree, Operations Research from DePaul University.
Marisa Fabbri
Partner, W. Capra Consulting Group
Marisa has over 20 years experience in marketing, retail petroleum card payment, site systems technology and customer offer development. She is a Certified Project Manager with extensive experience in requirements definition, product selections, development, integration, deployment and support. Marisa has built QA labs and managed them through large development and delivery cycles, both for POS and host system implementations. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Computer Science from DePaul University.
Barb Stavrakis
Senior Testing Program Manager, W. Capra Laboratories
Barb is a self-motivated professional with 26 years of technical experience in technology development and retail application testing. Barb has excellent organizational, trouble shooting, problem solving and leadership skills. Barb's experience has been in a major food and drug company as technical support in solving their most complex software problems. Barb has done testing and deployment of an on-line transaction processor for a major vendor to the banking industry. Most recently Barb has been working with a Major Oil company responsible for testing their new credit card processing application which has now been deployed. She has played a lead role in testing the new Point of Sale System for this same company that is currently being rolled out. Barb's testing and problem solving skills have been critical to the success of these projects. Barb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from DePaul University and a Masters from Illinois Benedictine College, Lisle, IL.
